Private Fine Dining has a minimum function charge of $2000.00 + gst for any function excluding the private chef service.
The Minimum charge covers food cost, preparation time, ingredients selection time, plates and platters plus one chef for service. The per person prices below are indicative with the minimum charge being the first consideration.
All other costs including hire gear, service staff, additional kitchen staff, travel (where applicable) are charged for.
Service Chefs - $54 p/h + gst
FOH Staff - $35 p/h + gst
Duty Manager - $48 p/h + gst
